Whether looking to lose fat, move more freely, or pack on muscle and strength, the sessions are designed to alleviate those common niggles and aches, become more mobile and flexible and increase overall strength and fitness to increase your quality of movement and everyday life.

Experienced Small Group Coaching

We use the same scientific methodologies used by professional athletes under the guidance of University qualified coaches with a combined 20+ years in the fitness and sports industry.


Sessions times

Our group sizes are capped at 12 so you’ll always have adequate supervision where required. 

 Main training sessions are Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri – 6am & 9am plus Saturday 8am. 

We find this the most suitable training amount per week for any goal or training experience.


Whats in a session?

Each session includes : targeted mobility, full body strength, aerobic conditioning and flexibility to help get your body moving and feeling great.

9 squat racks, 3 Olympic platforms, all the regular dumbbells and bars, as well as over 100m2 of turfed area for sleds, sprints and agility work.

Extended Hours Access

From 4am to 11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year*
